How to open a support ticket

Send issues to support and track replies from your account.

Opening a ticket

Logged-in users can open tickets from the Support Center or dashboard.

What to include

  • The page where the issue happened.
  • What you clicked before the issue appeared.
  • The exact error message.
  • Screenshots if available.
  • Your browser and device.

Ticket statuses

Open means support received it. Waiting on Admin means the support team needs to respond. Waiting on User means we need more details from you. Resolved or Closed means the issue is complete.
