Full Production Platform and Security Consolidation

Consolidates the public site, Client Workspace, Admin Center, integrations, billing, account security, and production diagnostics around one V35 design and security contract.

  • Introduced the canonical V35 application and public presentation layer, aligning header, breadcrumb, navigation rail, content grid, responsive behaviour, cards, forms, tables, and workspace footer.
  • Added a connected Integrations Centre and dashboard health visibility for WordPress, Social Suite, Chatbots, AI provider credentials, and subscription state.
  • Added dedicated environment-backed encryption and private-file signing configuration, authenticated credential encryption for new writes, private upload storage, and an administrator Security Center.
  • Added optional TOTP two-step verification with replay protection and one-time hashed recovery codes plus shared database-backed authentication rate limits when the V35 migration is installed.
  • Strengthened PayPal checkout state, return verification, webhook handling, plan-change reconciliation, and billing management while keeping live provider validation as a deployment requirement.
  • Added public About, Security, Privacy, and Terms pages and a repeatable CLI production preflight for PHP, database, schema, storage, and security configuration.
  • Removed hard-coded PayPal credential fallbacks from source. Production operators must rotate any previously exposed provider secret and keep the replacement outside public_html.

  • Kept existing PayPal/Interac verification, user records, AI tools and analytics configurations unchanged.

Shell Authority and Route Allocation

Completed the workspace allocation pass so headers, contextual navigation, breadcrumbs, sidebars, page columns, and workspace footers follow one shared Client/Admin layout contract.

  • Removed the remaining V18.23 dashboard geometry classes from Admin Settings, Leads, and Analytics.
  • All authenticated UI routes now call the authoritative V28 sidebar renderer directly instead of relying on local or compatibility sidebar fallbacks.
  • Context navigation and sidebar active states now understand detail routes such as conversations, ticket views, WordPress previews, and legacy Visual tool routes.
  • Breadcrumbs now use meaningful page and entity labels, support explicit per-page trails, and link parent modules directly to canonical destinations.
  • Admin branding now returns to the Admin dashboard while Client branding returns to the Client workspace.
  • Header, contextual navigation, breadcrumb, sidebar, main content, and workspace footer offsets now share synchronized desktop/mobile shell dimensions.
  • Removed the obsolete authenticated quick-subnavigation rendering path and normalized workspace footer destinations by Client/Admin context.

Google Analytics 4 Measurement

Added the SmartersWeb SI Google Analytics 4 measurement tag to the shared public-site analytics layer while preserving the platform’s analytics-consent controls.

  • Configured GA4 measurement ID G-Q2B47L2SDX as the production default for SmartersWeb SI.
  • The Google tag is now emitted through the shared header on public routes instead of being duplicated page by page.
  • Google Consent Mode defaults analytics storage to denied until optional analytics consent is granted.
  • GA4 page views begin only after analytics consent when consent is required; the tag remains detectable in the page source for deployment verification.
  • Existing internal analytics, event tracking, and Admin analytics status continue to operate alongside GA4.

Workspace Layout Normalization

A platform-wide UI/UX pass standardizes page width, boxed sections, support layouts, and the relationship between the header, sidebar, content area, and footer.

  • Authenticated support pages now use the same Client Workspace sidebar and main-content grid as the rest of the platform.
  • Legacy public-page max-width rules no longer create narrow content islands inside authenticated dashboards.
  • Top-level dashboard sections, panels, grids, tables, breadcrumbs, contextual tabs, and the workspace footer now share one shell width and spacing system.
  • Support Center and support article layouts were rebuilt for consistent desktop, tablet, and mobile behaviour.
  • The public changelog was brought onto the current SmartersWeb site shell and updated to the V28 release line.

Workspace Shell Alignment

Corrected a legacy CSS class collision that could move navigation and content into the wrong columns.

  • Removed the legacy body-level extension navigation class that could turn the document into a flex navigation container.
  • Header, contextual tabs, breadcrumbs, sidebar, main content, and footer now share a 1640px application grid.
  • Desktop sidebar collapse and tablet/mobile off-canvas behaviour now use the same responsive breakpoint strategy.
  • Added a compact authenticated workspace footer aligned with the content column.

Authenticated Workspace Consolidation

The Client and Admin experiences were consolidated around one application shell instead of multiple competing navigation systems.

  • Introduced one authoritative left navigation rail with collapsible desktop and off-canvas mobile states.
  • Reduced the authenticated header to workspace context, search, notifications, and account controls.
  • Introduced a consistent local SVG icon language and a more readable typography/control scale.
  • Restructured Client and Admin dashboards around metrics, quick actions, activity, and attention items.
  • Fixed template-level support H1 duplication, long support anchors, internal redirect references, and changelog canonical handling.

The V27 generation established the feature-rich workspace that V28 now consolidates and normalizes.

  • V28 retains those capabilities while reducing visual duplication and legacy layout conflicts.
