Terms for using SmartersWeb SI.
These terms provide the operational rules for accounts, subscriptions, connected services, and generated content on the SmartersWeb SI platform.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Information provided during registration must be accurate enough for account, support, and billing operations.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, compromise systems, distribute malicious software, bypass access controls, or abuse provider services. Automated or unusually high-volume activity may be limited where necessary to protect platform stability or comply with provider limits.
3. AI-generated material
AI output can contain errors and should be reviewed before publication or business use. You are responsible for deciding whether generated text, images, code, recommendations, or other output is appropriate for your intended use and for obtaining any permissions required for source material you provide.
4. Connected services
Third-party integrations are subject to the availability, policies, permissions, and technical limits of the relevant provider. You authorize the platform to perform the actions you initiate through connected accounts and can disconnect supported integrations when you no longer want the connection used.
5. Plans and usage
Plan limits, included usage, and current prices are shown on the pricing or checkout experience. Usage allowances normally reset according to the applicable billing cycle and do not represent ownership of unused provider capacity.
6. Recurring subscriptions
When you approve a recurring PayPal subscription, you authorize the recurring billing agreement shown during approval. Cancellation stops future renewal; already-paid access is preserved through the current paid period unless a different result is required by law, a dispute, fraud prevention, or provider action.
7. Interac e-Transfer
Where offered, Interac e-Transfer is a manually reviewed payment method. Access associated with a manual payment is not considered activated until the payment has been verified and the account entitlement has been approved.
8. Availability and changes
Features can change as models, APIs, providers, security requirements, or product capabilities evolve. We may suspend or restrict a feature where necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, address a security issue, or comply with law or provider requirements.
9. Support and disputes
Questions about account access, billing, or service use should be submitted through the support centre or to hello@smartersweb.com. Refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
10. Canadian operation
SmartersWeb SI is operated by SmartersWeb in Canada. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer or privacy law.
Last updated: October 18, 2026. Business-specific legal review is recommended before expanding into additional regulated markets or materially changing billing terms.
