Privacy information for SmartersWeb SI.
This notice describes the categories of information the platform may process to provide accounts, AI tools, publishing integrations, support, analytics, and billing. It should be read together with the terms that apply to your account.
1. Information you provide
We may process account information such as your name, email address, company or website information, project content, prompts, uploaded files and images, support requests, brand settings, and information you choose to place in connected workflows.
2. Connected services
When you connect a supported service such as WordPress or a social network, the platform processes the identifiers, permissions, connection tokens, and publishing information needed to provide the requested integration. Connection permissions depend on the provider and can be revoked through the platform or the provider where supported.
3. AI processing
Prompts, files, images, and related instructions may be sent to the AI provider selected for the feature you use. Provider-specific processing is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. Where the platform supports a personal provider key, the credential is used to make authorized requests on your behalf.
4. Billing
SmartersWeb SI stores local plan, subscription, checkout, payment reference, and entitlement records needed to operate your account. PayPal account authentication and payment approval occur through PayPal. We do not ask you to enter your PayPal password into SmartersWeb SI.
5. Analytics and logs
The platform may process technical and usage information such as page activity, feature use, browser or device information, IP-derived security signals, timestamps, errors, and audit events. Where consent is required for optional analytics, the platform is designed to respect the applicable consent state.
6. Why information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, operate requested AI and publishing workflows, maintain account access, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, billing, support, and legal requirements that apply to it. Account deletion and provider disconnection may not immediately remove records that must be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or other legal obligations.
8. Your choices
You can manage account information, connected services, subscription settings, and supported integrations from the workspace. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.
9. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to hello@smartersweb.com.
